Who we are

PalaisWeb (by RF) designs, hosts and maintains websites for businesses in Morocco and France. palaisweb.com presents our offers and our demos.

What we record

When you tap a WhatsApp button on palaisweb.com, we record the page you came from, the demo or trade you looked at, the options and estimate shown, the language, the date and, if you entered one, the discount code. We use it to follow up requests and prepare quotes.

We never record your name, your number or the text of your message at this step. The conversation then happens in WhatsApp, with whatever you choose to write there.

If you ask for a quote, the name and contact you give us appear on that quote, which we keep to follow your project.

What your browser keeps

The colour theme chosen at the bottom of the page and your demo favourites are kept in your browser only. They are never sent to us.

No advertising cookies, no audience analytics, no tracking pixels.

The services we use

The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect it.

Requests and quotes are stored in a Supabase database that only PalaisWeb can access.

WhatsApp (Meta) carries our conversations. On some demos, a Google Maps map loads only if you tap “Show the map”.

The demo sites

The demo brands are fictional. Their forms send nothing to them: they open a WhatsApp message to PalaisWeb.

How long, and your rights

We keep requests and quotes for as long as we follow up your project.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information about you, under Moroccan law 09-08 and the GDPR. Write to us and we will answer promptly.

Updates

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, along with its date.
